Talk to Me
It's great to get feedback, so if something is bugging you just let me know.
It's broken, isn't it?
Well, I'm not perfect and I do mess up. If you are submitting a bug or support request, please provide the output of getStatus() if possible in your message as this will greatly reduce debugging time in most cases. If you are using the function interface, email(), please attempt to use the object interface to verify correct operation before submitting a support request.
Typo!
So you've spotted a error in the site or documentation. Please let me know and I'll fix it ASAP. I'm rubbish at spelling; as I always say: I'm a coder, I know how to spell the 32 keywords of the C programming language. That's enough for me!
May I suggest...
Yes you may! Feel free to send over comments and suggestions, I'd love to hear from you and try my best to keep everyone happy. Please remember though that I am working for free here so just because you asked nicely doesn't guarantee your suggestion will be implemented.
...Encryption and/or Authentication
No. Well, maybe. Please don't take this the wrong way but could read my essay No Encryption Required: The Status of Encryption and Authentication in Email first. If you're still sure you need to get in touch, I'm all ears.
So, how do I contact you?
Email of course! jtjacques@users.sourceforge.net.
Sorry to get personal but...
